condiciones de reserva: RULES OF PROCEDURE FOR SEASONAL RENTAL
Compliance with the Internal Regulations of the Vacation Rental Property is mandatory as part of the Vacation Rental Agreement. Failure to comply with these rules may result in penalties, such as deductions from the deposit of €500 to be paid upon arrival.
1. GENERAL CONDITIONS
All Guests (and all Visitors) must comply with the Rules of Procedure as well as any other instructions provided by the Property Manager, Uta Lommerzheim, during their stay.
Guests must inform the Property Manager of any incident or complaint from the neighborhood as soon as possible.
2. NOISE AND NEIGHBOURHOOD
This Seasonal Rental is suitable for children under 6 years old. The Hosts are fully and in all circumstances responsible for the safety and supervision of their children as well as for any disturbance caused to the neighborhood; Hosts and Visitors must make as little noise as possible so as not to disturb the residents of neighboring properties, especially during the night (e.g. from 11pm to 8am), as well as during arrival and departure.
Noise pollution is prohibited at any time and may result in the termination of the Seasonal Rental Agreement, eviction, loss of costs incurred as well as deductions from the deposit.
Hosts and their potential Visitors must not engage in any anti-social behaviour. They are asked to minimize their immediate impact on the neighborhood and neighborhood residents.
3. VISITORS
Hosts are allowed to invite a maximum of 4 Visitors at any time during their stay.
Hosts are required to ensure that the maximum number of Visitors is not exceeded, and that Visitors comply with the Rules of Procedure.
Guests wishing to invite Visitors to spend the night in the Vacation Rental Property must inform the Property Manager at the time of booking, subject to additional charges indicated in the pricing.
Under no circumstances will it be allowed additional people to the capacity of reception.
4. PARTIES AND EVENTS
It is strictly forbidden to organize parties or any other type of large-scale gathering in the Seasonal Rental and any gathering in small committee must be done in compliance with the other rules stipulated in this regulation, in particular with regard to noise, the Neighborhood and the number of Authorized Visitors.
5. PARKING
Hosts and Visitors must comply with local parking regulations, as well as other conditions mentioned below, and are requested to show consideration to neighbors and other vehicles; Parking at the Vacation Rental Property is done as follows:

6. WASTE AND SELECTIVE SORTING
Hosts and their Visitors are required to dispose of their garbage and waste for recycling in the bins provided for this purpose and in accordance with the procedure in force at the Rental Property

7. SECURITY
Each time Guests leave the Vacation Rental, they are required to ensure that all windows and doors are closed and/or locked in order to preserve the security of the accommodation and prevent potential damage caused by rain.
Hosts must turn off lights, air conditioning, fans and electronic devices such as televisions when not in use in order to save energy. It is forbidden to leave the air conditioning on the road when the Guests are absent from the Vacation Rental Property.
8. SWIMMING POOL
The swimming pool common to both rental accommodations, secure, remains under your supervision for young children. To respect everyone's rest, access to the pool will be restricted between 22:30 and 9:00 in the morning.
10. TOBACCO
Guests are allowed to smoke outside the Seasonal Rental.

The Hosts must properly dispose of their cigarette butts (e.g. in the ashtrays provided) and must under no circumstances throw them into the grounds of the Property. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a deduction from the deposit.
11. PETS
Pets are allowed in the Vacation Rental Property; The following rules apply to pets in the Property.
Pets allowed after request, fee 10€/day or 40€/week
Mandatory cleaning fee of 60€.
All droppings must be collected.
Category 1 and 2 dogs are prohibited.
In case of deterioration any repair will be retained on the deposit.
13. BREAKAGE AND DAMAGE
Any broken object and any damage caused must be reported to the Property Manager as soon as possible. Failure to report may result in a deduction from the deposit.
To avoid breakage and damage, furniture should not be moved from one room to another without prior agreement. Please also note that towels must not leave the property (to go to the pool, beach or river, for example). Beach linen is available for the pool.
14. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The following rules apply to key delivery, security, cleaning, waste, etc.
Arrival from 16H Uta will be waiting for you for the delivery of the keys, the visit and will receive your deposit. Departure no later than 11am with visit, return of the keys and return of the deposit.
Garbage must be disposed of.

16. COMPLIANCE WITH THE RULES
The violation of any rule included in these Rules of Procedure constitutes a violation of the General Conditions of Occupancy, in accordance with the Rental Agreement.
The Owner and the Manager reserve the right to terminate the occupancy permit and to evict from the Seasonal Rental Property any Host or Visitor refusing to comply with the Internal Regulations
or causing nuisance disturbing neighbours or other residents of the community.
